You should also note that their "Online Banking" tool is a scam as well- it DOES NOT reflect your current balance or anything meaningful whatsoever. Withdrawals might not show up until 6 months later. In other words= you have no way of knowing how much is in your account and are subject to 'overdraft' fees at any point. ...unless of course you carry around a grand scroll or tablet with ALL of your $2 coke bottle transactions on it.

Bank of America has done this to me, several times. They've done it to my wife too. In one case, a transferred cash from my checking account to her checking account. The next day, my wife uses her debit card. Before she used it, her balance could cover it. The transfer showed on her account. However, as soon as she used her card, they took away the transfer so she would go negative, hit her with a series of charges like you, and then redid the transfer the next day.

Yeah, Fuck Bank of America, my personal best was about $800 in overdrafts. These cock suckers must be stopped!!!!! They should also be forced to change their name they shouldn't be able to attach the name America to such a FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT. We should have let these fuckers sink, maybe they would have a little more respect for their customers! People make mistakes that doesnt mean we need to take it in the ASS! Dont recall them being punished for their multi billion dollar fuck up

Yeah BOA just robbed me for $350.00 as well. I'm switching to a small credit union and I recommend everyone do the same. The longer we stay with "bigbank" and let them rob us the more they will feel entitled take from us.. It is time to let them know it is the consumer with the power and without OUR hard eared money they would not exist. So find your local Credit union and stop this NOW!! or just switch to cash..

They hold your deposit for as long as they can, but count any withdraws through as soon as it hits their computers. This accounting method uses the credit accounting method for deposits, the cash accounting method for withdraws. It's skewed to work in their favor not only with overdrafts but with interest. Each month they pay an interest earning account for the LOWEST amount you had that month. the longer they can keep the deposit out, and the sooner they can get withdraws in, is less interest.
