It’s the same wih anti-bacterials, scientists claim they are beneficial which they are in curing bad bacterial diseases in people but in 300 years we will be even worse off because nearly all bacteria will be resistant and this is what could potentially ruin the world.

what? so you are ok with monsanto controlling the farmer in his quest to sustain his livelihood? you are ok with monsanto putting even more poison into the earth and into your food supply?

Huh, no? I’ve seen about a dozen anti-GMO productions, most of them from the “GMO pack” torrent, and I’ve been spreading the anti-GMO and anti-Monsanto message through my social channels for many months. I’m just glad I’m receiving very little of these poisons for now (when compared to others).

I’m worse than a whole lot of people in many respects, but yes, I’ll stand up for what I believe / understand to be the good parts of me and what I’m doing. If that makes me a jerk in some people’s eyes, then so be it. Others will be mature and open-minded enough to not feel insulted.”You have enemies? Somewhere, sometime, you stood up for something.” – Winston Churchill

we can live what we believe and that is the difference that makes mountains move.. as a people we have hurt and destroyed one another because of our greed and need to be right.. i think we need to learn to love one another, period.. we each come into our spiritual awakenings in the timing that is right for us.. it cannot be forced.please, don’t be a jerk about your life choices.. find a place of loving kindness and just be..

It’s true that it cannot be forced, but ultimately, I did change because someone told me I was in the wrong, and I had enough of an open mind to find out that they in the right. At some point, when I thought mankind was a truly omnivorous species, when my environmental consciousness was very low, when my empathy only went so far as to encompass those human beings closest to me, and certainly no non-human animals, I probably thought vegans were jerks, too.Anyway, I won’t bother you anymore.

i did not say vegans are jerks PLEASE do not put words into my mouth! i said to you, “please don’t be one of these vegans that thinks they are special because they’ve made the choice to not consume animals products.. it’s lame.” from your comment i can see i’ve struck a cord of thought in you and this is good.. the fact is that we can choose for our own self only and to expect others to follow us because we bully them or whatever, is just wrong and frankly, short sighted..(cont)

i’d like to encourage you to look up a guy named daniel vitalis, and to tune into a show called “the raw food world tv show”.. both on youtubeplease understand that when we label ourselves we create separateness and i don’t know about you but my findings are that separateness is what has killed our spirituality and our love for the earth and all of her inhabitants!take care~

I think The Raw Food World TV Show is too commercial. I like a few other raw food outlets though, such as the channel realrawmatt. Hm, I think you’d like liferegenerator. Very gentle, tolerant, all-embracing guy!The separateness is there whether we name it or not. If we want unity, people need to align themselves to similar ideologies. I hope most will choose one that incorporates practices that are amongst the least destructive – one of them being veganism, or at least something close to it.
