Not me! But there are tons of greedy people who overlook the obvious (that the deal is too good to be true) and focus on the money they think they will get. I know they say they were being “trusting” but come on….
There is a recent case where the Treasurer of a county in Michigan handed over $75K of his own money and $1.2million of the state’s money…. Not only does he feel like an idiot but he will be breaking rocks for 3 to 5 in the big house….
I never have – but, one of my pen-pals in Australia was close to believe such a 419 scam email — fortunately, I emailed her and told her not to believe all that crap and I also have sent her some informative websites about the truth of such emails…
Whenever I get such emails, I simply delete them into the trash folder immediately.
