However, while responding to their emails, always ensure your Internet traffic is routed through a proxy server, so that scammers cannot figure out your IP address, which can potentially be used to establish your location. Never send scammers money via Western Union Money transfer or other similar method. Don't ever give out your personally identifiable information to anyone on the Internet unless you're absolutely sure you can trust them.
