		<description>Unless you have acted fraudunlently the bank/card company is almost certainly liable. 
Ask them to give you a copy of your signature on any applications made in your name.
Try being nice with them first...if the bank don&#039;t play ball then escalate to a supervisor and gently explain to them that you are amazed by their approach and think that the local newspaper would be very interested in your story....ask them for the name and phone number of their head of PR and also the name and email of the CEO...of course always take the name of everyone you talk to and log what you/they say along with dates and times.
Try not to get angry...remaining calm but assertive will yield better results.</description>
